Family Pictures 2009

Tiffany took our family pictures this year, and they really turned out good. We actually have never had family pictures before. I really hate getting my picture taken. I am always just taking pictures of savannah and ryan and savannah, so it is good to have some family ones done. I thought I would just post a few. Thanks again tiff, you are awesome.

We took Savannah to a place in las Vegas called opportunity village. Every year they have this lighted up village with gingerbread houses, rides, treats and Santa that is put on on by the disabled. It was really fun and Savannah was able to see Santa and tell him what she wanted. She is really excited for Christmas this year!

This year we went down to las vegas for thanksgiving to my aunt and uncles house. We had such a great time. They live in such a great part of vegas and their house fits our entire family, so we are all able to stay together. We absolutely love going there. My mom and aunt did most of the cooking. I was in charge of a salad and we all kind of helped where needed. My moms stuffing is my favorite part of thanksgiving. My sister Brooke was the thanksgiving nazi, making sure everyone was making the food the way they should, (the way we always have it). My cousin Brittney was able to come home for a couple of days from college. She goes to ASU in Phoenix and is on their dance team, so she hasn't been able to come home at all this year. We had an awesome time and feel so blessed to have such a great family and so much to be thankful for. Savannah said she was thankful for her family, drinks, and SANTA. She is so funny. Hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving, now here comes SANTA!!

This weekend we went to park city for Cassi's grand opening of her clothing boutique "FLIGHT". I don't have any pictures of the store, but it is amazing. It is located on Main Street in Park city. She has great clothes and they are affordable too!! She did a really great job, so make sure to go in and check it out. Then she had us stay with her and JF at their place in deer valley. It was so much fun and cozy in the mountains. There place is amazing! Then on Saturday morning JF made us breakfast, and he is a great cook. We felt like we were staying at the four seasons resort. We had tons of fun Cassi, thanks so much!!!

Disney on Ice Princess Wishes

We took Savannah to Disney on Ice on Saturday and she LOVED it. We actually had front row seats right in the middle, so the characters would come right up to her. They even tried Cinderellas shoe on her foot. She kind of just sat there with a glazed look on her face. She loved it. She wore her Bell dress. That was a issue. She didn't know whether to take her bell, Cinderella, tinker bell or snow white dress. She chose Bell.

This year we had a Halloween party at our house. It was so awesome to see every one's costumes, and for the most part everyone dressed up. We had great food and treats. We spent the day decorating, Savannah loved putting up all the cobwebs, and lights. It was fun to see everyone especially since it is always so cold. We had a great time. My dad was in full Elvis character all night! He was hilarious. Anyway thanks everyone for coming. sorry this post is so long but i wanted to post every ones costumes!

Stirring up the Witches BREW!

This year on Halloween day we went to a Halloween party. My cousins wife Diane put it together and it was such a fun day. She had a PARTY room filled with games, decorations and prizes! The kids played all sorts of fun games; pin the nose on the pumpkin, the spider toss, musical chairs, they played with green slime that she made and green play dough. They went on a scavenger hunt around the farm. It was absolutely adorable. For lunch they had, tombstones (chicken nuggets), eyeballs (grapes), haunted trees and scarecrow noses (cauliflower, broccoli and carrot sticks), mummy fingers (homemade fries) and witches brew. Savannah had a great time, thanks Diane and Brett.
