Tavaci Christmas Concert

Savannah started Tavaci (the school of performing arts) this year. She has really enjoyed it, she loves to sing and perform so it is right up her ally! Here are a few pictures from their Christmas concert. They all learned so many Christmas songs, and not just the traditional ones, there was lots of new songs and they all had actions. They all did really well.

Gingerbread House Party

December 4th 2010

So I had a gingerbread house party last year and it was so much fun, so i decided to have another one and I think it is going to have to be a tradition now! This year since our garage is heated i decided to have it in there and it worked out so much better! Last year i was cleaning up sprinkles for months. All of the kids had a great time and are all so creative. Here are a few pictures from the party.

Holly Days November 26th 2010

We went down to the Holly Days this year, and it was FREEZING!! We walked around and had hot chocolate and the kids rode ponies and we stood in line seriously forever to ride the camel and the ride lasted about 30 seconds!! But now savannah can say she has ridden a camel! We had a great time, there were bon fires all over to help stay warm and then we watched the Christmas parade. Here are a few pictures before the camera died!

Halloween Night!

This year for Halloween Savannah wanted to be Daphne from scooby doo. She has wanted to be her since last Halloween and never changed her mind. She is a little scooby doo junky! We kind of had to make up our own costume but it turned out pretty cute and she loved it! She went trunk or treating with a neighbor girl by my moms and then my mom had a little Halloween party for family and friends. It was fun to see everyone. Hope Everyone had a fun Halloween.

Induction into Utah's Wrestling Hall of Fame

September 2010

This September Ryan received a call from the Utah wrestling association and was asked to be inducted into Utah's wrestling hall of fame. He obviously accepted and was very honored. Ryan has a lot to be proud of, he had an amazing high school record and an outstanding college record. I was able to watch him throughout these years and was excited when he was given this award. They had a ceremony at UVU in Provo. My entire family came out as well as jimmy, Amelia, Dave and Tara, and our close friends Cathy and Stacey hall. Ryan was very thankful for the support from all that came. Gregg Stensgard introduced Ryan with a great speech and then Ryan did really well with his acceptance speech, he made most of us cry. I am so proud of him. He is such a great dad and husband. Congrats Ryan!

Savannah riding her horse "Elvis"

Here are a few pictures of Savannah riding her horse Elvis. She loves riding him, she wants to ride all by herself and she wants to run! She is way to brave. Her papa is trying to teach her how to ride, he is a great horse and listens really well. She loves to brush him and give him treats. When she does anything with her papa it is always about SAFETY! She does nothing without a helmet!! And yes she has to have all the right riding wear, boots, pants and a riding shirt of course!! Her papa also bought her short stirrups so she can reach to put her boots in the stirrups when she is riding.

First day of school

September 1 2010

Savannah's first day of school was really weird. She was really excited to go so that made it much easier on me. I can't believe she is really in kindergarten, she is growing up way to fast. She knew a couple of kids in her class so that made it really nice. She saw Olivia and they started playing with the toys and deciding where they were going to sit. They were able to choose were they wanted to sit for the first week, then they were given assigned seating. (probably so the teacher knew who to separate! haha) She had a good day. She said all they talked about were toilets! Where to go to the bathroom and how to ask to go. Funny the things they remember.

Brooke Zeke and Gavyn came to see her on her first day, and it was Gavyn's first b-day, he got to sit forward in his car seat yay!!
