This year we had a Halloween party at our house. It was so awesome to see every one's costumes, and for the most part everyone dressed up. We had great food and treats. We spent the day decorating, Savannah loved putting up all the cobwebs, and lights. It was fun to see everyone especially since it is always so cold. We had a great time. My dad was in full Elvis character all night! He was hilarious. Anyway thanks everyone for coming. sorry this post is so long but i wanted to post every ones costumes!

Stirring up the Witches BREW!

This year on Halloween day we went to a Halloween party. My cousins wife Diane put it together and it was such a fun day. She had a PARTY room filled with games, decorations and prizes! The kids played all sorts of fun games; pin the nose on the pumpkin, the spider toss, musical chairs, they played with green slime that she made and green play dough. They went on a scavenger hunt around the farm. It was absolutely adorable. For lunch they had, tombstones (chicken nuggets), eyeballs (grapes), haunted trees and scarecrow noses (cauliflower, broccoli and carrot sticks), mummy fingers (homemade fries) and witches brew. Savannah had a great time, thanks Diane and Brett.

Jimmy and Amelia had a pumpkin carving party this year. It was really fun because we usually don't carve pumpkins so it was fun to all do it together. The dad's did most of the carving though. She had lots of fun treats and toys for all the kids.

An Update......

Wow, I haven't blogged in a really long time and i thought i would give an update on what we have been up to. Savannah is pretty busy these days. She goes to school 3 days a week and has gymnastics and dance too. She is really liking school, and is doing well. She is the only girl in her class, but doesn't seem to mind it too much. She is having lots of fun in dance this year and she has also started gymnastics which she loves!! She got a new cousin in september and is absolutely in love with him. She is quit the little helper!! She loves to sing in the car, and is really into babies and playing house.

Gavyn arrived on Sept 1 2009 @ 3:10pm. He weighed 6lbs 9 oz. and was 19.5 inches long. He is so beautiful, and we love him so much. I helped with Brooke's labor so i was able to hold him and see him very first. Brooke did such a great job, she couldn't have done any better. Savannah couldn't wait to hold him, she has been kissing Brooke's belly for 9 months and she is so excited that he is here. She is really good with him and I think will be a great cousin and helper. Zeke did an awesome job too. They are going to be great parents!

Giving brodee a goodbye squeeze!!


Savannah started preschool August 19. She is going to the Uintah Basin Christian Academy. She loves it so much. She goes mon, wed and Fridays. They all wear school uniforms and they all looked so cute walking into school. Hayden is in her class so she is really happy,he is one of her best buds! She told me she thought brodee (our dog) would really miss her while she was at school, so she gave him a big hug before she went. She really didn't want my taking any pictures that day, so I don't have the greatest ones.
